Cascina Saria

Cascina Sarìa’s mission is to produce high-quality Piedmontese wines respecting the environment, the fertile lands of the Langhe and Monferrato, recovering the ancient bond between man and nature.

From 1972 to today, Cascina Sarìa, between the lands of Langhe and Monferrato, produces Piedmontese DOC and DOCG wines. The Abbruzzo family, owner of the small farm, boasts years of experience in contact with the land and every single type of grape. The production is exclusively of proprietary grapes and is oriented towards low yields per hectare, therefore the quantity is limited, but guaranteed. Cascina Sarìa follows the implementation of EU agro-environmental regulations and the integrated struggle that exploits the synergies between the environment and the territory. The property strains are between 10 and 40 years old.

Barbaresco “Colle del Gelso”

Fruit of an extraordinary Terroir, the Barbaresco advertises its special characteristics in an intense garnetred colour, with orangey hues, full and intense. The taste is dry, with good body but delicate, smooth and elegant. Liquorice and tobacco aromas stand out.
